    Biography and research interests

    Emilia Jakubowska obtained her MSc. degree in Pharmacy from PUMS in 2016 and since then has been employed in DPT. She also has experience with pharmaceutical industry gained during internships in Polish companies (Polpharma, Gedeon Richter Polska, PozLab) and scientific cooperation.

    Main areas of interest: strategies for solubility improvement, pharmaceutical nanotechnology, DoE, dissolution testing and in vitro-in vivo correlation.

    She is currently working on her PhD thesis as the project leader of National Science Center grant Preludium ‘The influence of processing by antisolvent precipitation, sonoprecipitation and freeze drying on the characteristics of nanocrystals obtained for the dissolution rate increase of cilostazol as a model poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredient’, grant no. 2017/25/N/ST8/00457.

    Training Committee member and Work Package 4: Training co-lead of ORBIS project.
